Natoma Consulting co-founder and principal consultant Malik Graves-Pryor will be speaking at the NYC Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) meetup to share and discuss our LeSS case study, "Web and Mobile Applications Company Agile Transformation". The meetup will take place on Thursday, October 12, 6 p.m. at the New York Design Center.

Founded in 2015 by Gene Gendel, the NYC Large Scale Scrum group has become the world's largest meetup for LeSS. Discussions have centered around topics ranging from organizational design, Scrum scaling by organizational descaling, system optimization and organizational agility, waste management, and lean thinking to technical excellence, continuous improvement, and product management and ownership.
